Accomplishments

- Gifted at finding creative ways to save a corporation money. Most recently I saved my current employer $200,000 on a capital improvement project by outsourcing what had always been OEM manufactured parts to other aftermarket vendors/manufactures

- I strive to save my employer at least my annual salary on a yearly basis

- Meeting and typically exceeding performance standards set on bi-annual and annual reviews. Awarded the highest scores ever given by two different managing parties.

- Supervisor of the quarter for third quarter 2019 at my current employer

- Outstanding service award in 2019 for current employer. This assessment is made world wide and only 1/2 of 1% of 13,000 employees receive it annually. To date this has been my greatest honor/award

- Highest annual review rating ever given by my current manager in 2021 due to performance demands during Covid Recovery

- 98% positive approval rating for the employee engagement survey taken annually in 2020. This rating for the department I supervise was 32 percentage points above the corporation average and was the highest rated department in the worldwide 13,000 employee corporation. Success was duly noted to me alone for this achievement by my manager and I was recognized for the passion I have to make my team feel encouraged to be successful in their roles.

- Highest review rating ever given by my former supervising manager with the City Of Belton Missouri in 2016
