- Highest annual review rating ever given by my current manager in 2021 due to performance demands during Covid Recovery

- 98% positive approval rating for the employee engagement survey taken annually in 2020. This rating for the department I supervise was 32 percentage points above the corporation average and was the highest rated department in the worldwide 13,000 employee corporation. Success was duly noted to me alone for this achievement by my manager and I was recognized for the passion I have to make my team feel encouraged to be successful in their roles.
