Leads 8 Direct Reports including 3 General Managers, 2 Multi Unit leaders and 3 Experience Managers. Indirectly responsible for over 200 employees inside of these locations .

Responsible for all in home services fulfillment in Home Theater, Complex Appliance Install, PC and Appliance Repair and Health Products and Services. Lead a team of 7 direct reports, 19 assistant managers and over 500 hourly field agents and drivers. Also responsible for the ongoing relationships and support for Market 15 store, district and market leaders.

Generalist for Best Buy; Frisco, TX location and Heritage Trace (Forth Worth) location . Responsible for 4 wall PNL results, community, customer and employee experience.

Training Role for Best Buy General Managers. Served multiple locations in the Dallas Market including General Manager, Sales Manager, Operation Manager and Sales Employee.

Responsible for all facets of business for Circuit City serving as a multi unit leader in multiple cities and states. Reported directly to the Regional VP and led a team of General Managers and Assistant Managers. Involved in development of "firedog" services platform and "The City" concept in two pilot markets on the East Coast.
