Maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to an efficient and safe working environment.

Properly wrap and tag machines to then be shipped to company clients

Operate various types of material handling equipment safely including pallet jacks to move machines throughout the warehouse facility.

Within my time and experience working at Amazon, I was required to complete many different tasks on any given day. I would fulfill the following responsibilities:

Move boxes from truck to line/conveyer (whilst wearing proper safety gear including helmet, gloves)

Make sure boxes properly went down the line and past my area, Inbound Dock

Move pallets with boxes stacked on them to where I was stationed

Remove boxes from pallets by placing them on the line/conveyer

Move empty pallets from my workstation to their proper area

Make sure any area I am stationed to work remains clean and organized

In my time and experience of working at Vons, these are the many responsibilities I was required to complete on any given day:

Properly bag customers groceries and properly place them in their cart, additionally helping elderly shoppers to their vehicles and placing their groceries into their cars.

Sweep entire store, mop any necessary areas

Collect shopping carts from cart corrals throughout the day, sanitize them

Clean guest restrooms
