Brian Rojas

Started my career at Chick-Fil-A in Doral, FL as a regular team member in 2019 and have learned multiple skills as a regular employee. Some of the most important skills learned as the years progressed have been:

• How to multi-task efficiently
• How to work as team
• How to properly speak with customers and colleagues.
• How to keep positive mentality throughout my shift and motivate my team.
• To be disciplined and resourceful

In April 2021, promoted as manager at the same business location . All the skills and abilities as a regular employee helped me build a foundation to finally become a manager. Becoming a manager after being a regular employee helped me be more accountable of my team members. Was able not only be their leader but able to step into their shoes to meet their needs. Just as a regular employee, as a manager I have learned a series of multiple skills that will not just help me in my future in Chick-Fil-A, but also in my future years to come as a professional. The most valuable skills I have learned are:

• Customer situation de-escalation
• Learned how to evaluate employee's strengths and weaknesses in order to assign tasks and work positions..
• Evaluated employees' strengths and assigned tasks based upon experience and training
• Delivered feedback to decision-makers regarding employee performance and training needs
• Maintained professional, organized and safe environment for employees and patrons
• Applied customer feedback to develop process improvements and support long-term business needs
• Maximized performance by monitoring daily activities and mentoring team members
