In August of 2016-2017, I operated the Cox Mobile Warehouse. I was responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping all customer premise equipment, as well as providing warehouse support to all technicians in the field. Also, a major part of this project was creating, and maintaining an accurate inventory of all customer premise equipment for distribution to all technicians in the field.
In August 2022, I was selected as winner of the Cox Communication Technician Innovation Challenge for the southeast region. This award is for ideas or processes that will better enhance any procedures for field technicians and improve the total overall experience for COX customers.
