  • Responsible for the overall delivery of large-scale IT infrastructure upgrades that serviced utility generation, transmission and distribution, and business functionalities.
  • The programs included: Deployment of a new global SDWAN network to over 100 sites in 15 countries. This included managing the delivery, installation, implementation, and migration of over 200 new routers and 300 new circuits.
  • Campus-wide wireless network implementations at key office locations and sizable power generation plants. Individual budgets were more than $1m as the deployments were extremely complex. All goals were met and delivered on time and within cost.
  • Built a fully resilient network for a new state-of-the-art remote operations center for utilities. This included full physical redundancy of all network infrastructure, campus wide Distributed Antenna System, and satellite connectivity.
  • Implementation of MS Teams Unified Communications architecture to replace legacy corporate voice services.
  • Managed deployment and migration of z-Scaler solution, a new global web-filtering and data loss preventions platform.
  • Oversight of $21 million annual operating budget across multiple cost centers. This included all telecommunications expenses, maintenance/license agreements, and support contracts. Responsible for approving and tracking all spending and reporting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results to the executive team.
  • Focal point for all vendor relationships. Managed the lifecycle of all contracts and led the negotiations of all operational and financial terms of agreements.
  • Responsible for the core network infrastructure connecting and servicing over 50 individual business entities throughout 15 countries. This included developing a five-year strategy for all digital infrastructure and end-to-end network architecture. Technologies included LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, SDWAN, DNS/DHCP/IP Management, VPN, Web Filtering, DDoS, Firewall/Security, Cloud Partner Connectivity, and Unified Communications/Voice.
  • Act as the liaison between all vendors and contractors and the corporate legal organization. This included reviewing all contractual terms to ensure the business needs are met, working directly with attorneys to align contract terms with appropriate legal obligations, obtaining proper signatures from all parties, and archiving all documents.
