I began my time at Quality First as an assistant Director of plumbing operations. I assisted the Director of plumbing with day-to-day operations, assessed performance of technicians in the field and developed training programs.

I was afforded leadership training, ServiceTitan training, and Sales training.

I was then put in charge of the drain cleaning and excavation department where I would oversee excavations, video inspect sewer lines, assist with sales of excavation projects and help my team maintain and surpass MAPS and KPI’s

During my time as the Director of Plumbing operations, I assisted in developing the sales process used across the entire company that was called the Quality First experience. I was responsible for leading the prior departments and training all of the leads and technicians regarding proper practices, sales, and code compliance.

Direct outside sales position, estimate project costs and provide customers with competitive bid. Once projects are contracted; schedule work to be completed, provide material take off for project, guide installers on customer expectations, direct contact to customer throughout.

Inspected pipes and piping systems to assess their quality and condition. Installed, Serviced and Maintained all manner of residential and commercial plumbing system. Drain Cleaning and maintenance. Assist 2 other partners in the day to day operation of the company with supervision of 3 service technicians and 1 install crew
