Maintain facility for seniors. To include staff development, implement company policies and procedures. Ensure all inspections are completed as scheduled and records kept. Maintain grounds, facility equipment including HVAC, cooling tower systems, electrical, plumbing, apartment turn overs, pool equipment, fire and life safety equipment, boilers, 400 kw generator back up, elevators, laundry facility, commercial kitchen equipment, and roofing.

    building. This project included the tearing out of all windows and sliding glass doors, installing all new high impact windows and doors, resurfacing, and painting. All of which was done during the full
    operation of the building and without missing a beat.
  • POOL RENOVATION - Selected, contracted, and supervised a complete resurfacing of the facilities pool and spa. Residents were extremely pleased with the results.
  • APARTMENT RENOVATIONS - Remodeled over 250 apartments including the replacement of cabinets, counter tops, plumbing valves throughout, tile flooring and showers, carpet, closet doors, grab bars,
    removal of popcorn ceilings, and fresh paint.
