My responsibilities include:

• Organizing, programming, rehearsing, and conducting the KCB Summer Concert Series.
• Rehearsing and conducting one number on each concert cycle during the regular concert season.
• Rehearsing the band if the Conductor is not available.
• Attending monthly board meetings.
• Supporting, assisting, and advising the Conductor whenever needed.
• I have also chaired and organized the annual KCB Youth Soloist Competition since 2012.

My responsibilities included:

• Teaching and conducting the Beginning Band/M.S. Band and the H.S. Marching and Concert Bands.

My responsibilities and accomplishments included:

• Teaching, rehearsing, and conducting the Beginning Band, 7th Grade Band, 8th Grade Band, H.S. Concert Band, H.S. Marching Band, Basketball Pep Band, Jazz Band, H.S. Orchestra, and the H.S. Symphony Band.
• Music Director and Producer for numerous Spring Musicals.
• Organizing and supervising the entire Instrumental music program including all facilities, equipment, performances, the band boosters, fundraising, concerts, festivals, and the annual H.S. Band trips.
• Implemented innovative pedagogical methods to enhance musicianship skills among students of various levels of experience.
• Mentored aspiring musicians, fostering individual talent development and cultivating leadership skills.
• Managed budgetary responsibilities for department resources, ensuring effective allocation of funds for equipment, music, and events.
