- Responsible for reporting and analysis of spend and trends by cost per unit for freight, duties and taxes by country

- Oversee the Attendance Bonus policy and submit to payroll bi-weekly

- Managed product inventory and purchasing process to ensure a fully

stocked pantry for weekly menu.

- Responsible for the creation, design, and execution of new menu items.

- Responsible for all Pastry Chef baking and presentation for the whole menu.
