Project Activities

  • Remove a portion of the existing fence, excavate and prep the area for concrete, place concrete forms, level and finish the concrete sidewalk, install gate posts and a man-gate, and secure the fence area.
  • Clean and prep 280 ft x 80 ft area for crack repair and sealant. Cut and repair two existing potholes with cold-mix. All parking lot cracks were sealed using Flex-a-Fill hot crack sealant, and pavement sealing procedures were performed. Painted marking lines for the test site.
  • Removed existing broken loading dock ramp and prepped area for new ramps. Poured new concrete ramps, finished the surfaces, and sealed them.
  • Cut and repair multiple parking lot potholes using cold mix asphalt.

Leadership Experience

09/2021-2024, Scheduled and monitored 8 escorts for needed airfield repairs, ensuring both base and FAA regulations and standards were upheld with no mishaps over 6 months.  Oversaw Pre-engineered building sidewalk, driveway, and fence construction, leading 14 team members to completion of buildings, 8 driveways, 4 doorway concrete slabs, and fencing for 4 secure areas. Led team of 8 members over 6 months covering 10 miles of road repair, 1 parking lot pavement replacement, multiple sidewalk repairs, road drainage, and trench box installation.  As SME (subject matter expert) led a shop of 15, to accomplish 458 job taskings in six months consisting of but not limited to, roadway constructions, utility excavations and installations, a civil engineering equipment yard move, multiple site set-ups from bare bones to fully operational, and other needed base repairs.
