Primary clinical resource to help hospitals that purchased a Mako robotic platform build their robotic total joint program from ground up. This includes:

- Training and certifying surgeons and coaching them through the learning curve during total joint procedures. Also training all other ancillary surgical/radiology staff.

- Establish par level of disposables with materials coordinator for anticipated case volume.

- On-site for two to three months to provide continuity.

- Connect external customers with internal marketing team.

- Empower local internal customers to feel comfortable with new technology and workflows in preparation for my transition away from account.

- Territory consisted of continental United States with focus on North East.

- Personally launched 16 accounts and trained over 30 surgeons.

- Involved with corporate R&D activities and process improvements.

- Provided support for local roadshows and industry events.

Provided case coverage for total joint procedures that utilized the Mako robotic platform, as well as non robotic total joint procedures. Promoted to Senior level in March 2019, with additional responsibilities of:

- Training and onboarding new hires.

- Working with more challenging customers/procedures.

- Took on managerial responsibilities when supervisor was on PTO.

"First responder" for all technical/mechanical issues with capital equipment in the operating room setting.

- Performed frequent inspections of company equipment and corrected malfunctioning equipment.

- Troubleshot equipment failures and remedied problems to restore functionality.

- Maintained documentation of equipment maintenance tasks, new installations and repair procedures.
