Primary clinical resource to help hospitals that purchased a Mako robotic platform build their robotic total joint program from ground up. This includes:

- Training and certifying surgeons and coaching them through the learning curve during total joint procedures. Also training all other ancillary surgical/radiology staff.

- Establish par level of disposables with materials coordinator for anticipated case volume.

- On-site for two to three months to provide continuity.

- Connect external customers with internal marketing team.

- Empower local internal customers to feel comfortable with new technology and workflows in preparation for my transition away from account.

- Territory consisted of continental United States with focus on North East.

- Personally launched 16 accounts and trained over 30 surgeons.
