  • I am currently assigned to the Great Peoria Auto Crimes Task Force
  • I perform Non uniform investigator with statewide peace officer jurisdiction, who performs work in a covert assignment for an auto theft task force based out of Peoria Il
  • The duties include auto theft investigations, title and fraud cases, and other cases involving motor vehicles
  • I also serve as a Arson investigator and Emergency Vehicle Operations instructor
  • I was previously assigned to the Criminal Investigations Division as a property crime Detective
  • Uniformed position assigned to the Criminal Investigation Division/General Crimes as the auto theft investigator
  • I was assigned all motor vehicle related theft cases
  • I also achieved certification as an arson investigator and was assigned arson cases
  • In January of 2013 I was assigned to the State and Local Auto Theft Enforcement Unit
  • My duties included non-uniform assignment to the State and Local Auto Theft Enforcement unit
  • This unit was a 6-member unit dedicated the recovery, investigation, and prosecution of motor vehicle theft in the Peoria Il

  • This included instruction in department procedure, general orders, and training and supervision in the areas arrest procedures, traffic enforcement, and all other duties of a Peoria Police patrol officer
