  • Enhanced the academy''s visibility within the community and Company by organizing, and scheduling events / Classes for the Associates in Sam's Club & Walmart.(Along with Booking Travel, if needed.) The Hatfield location covered over 39 Locations. In the time I was in the role we completed the completion of 20,000 associates through their classes.
  • Ensured compliance with company requirements by maintaining accurate records of associates attendance, & grades achieved (which could included a optional 2nd assessment)
  • Promoted a culture of continuous growth among Academy staff by recognizing outstanding achievements while providing constructive feedback on areas for improvement in our Feedback sessions.

  • After stepping up to a Zone Manager in Produce, and working with all areas of the Fresh departments, while following all company Standards and exceeding them, I moved to the Electronics Zone Manager.
