At my 2 and half years at the Panda Express in Riverview FL, i performed the duty of a kitchen helper, cooking fried rice, chow mein properly and at a fast pace. Alongside keeping stock of the teriyaki. I grew to be very vocal in callouts with the front of house, always making sure they had enough rice or chow main and teriyaki even during rushes. Alongside keeping a tight system with washing dishes, keeping the rice near my station restocked, taking care in the trash and cardboard not overflowing. Alongside firmly taking the time to prep teriyaki for the night shift. I always kept my station very clean not enjoying a dirty work area nor leaving a dirty station for the next kitchen helper after my shift. At the end of every shift I made sure to let my manager Monica know what was restocked and cleaned, and if anything was wrong out of stock then asked her if she needed anything before I left.
