- Participated in post-incident analyses to identify areas for improvement in departmental policies and procedures.
- Enhanced overall departmental performance by attending professional development courses and conferences, sharing acquired knowledge with colleagues upon return.
- Responded to emergency medical calls to perform lifesaving procedures and other emergency medical services.
- Drove and operated structural pumpers, tankers, ladders, and service vehicles to aid in rescue operations.

- I have been through and completed the Rescue Tech program through Bowling Green State University. All six disciplines passed. Have attended numerous trainings to keep my skills up.
- I have had the opportunity to serve the citizens of Dublin and Washington Township for over 27 years.
- I have had numerous shifts where I have been assigned as an "out of class" firefighter and have acted as the station officer for the shift. Completing all necessary paperwork and reports correctly, and in a timely manner.
- I have just renewed my Firefighter/Paramedic certifications, including CPR instructor and Fire Safety Inspector.
- Completed training to stay in peak physical and mental fitness.

- Managed and oversaw the companies radon testing program.
- Identified radon gas issues in peoples homes, and provided estimates for removal of gas to reach an accepted EPA level.
- This was a family owned business, until my father retired. I stayed on with the company for an additional four years, overseeing the testing department.
- Established a professional relationship with realtors, home inspectors, and home builders.
- Have maintained my testing and mitigations license, so I'm still available if needed.
