• Multi-phase shipping area and warehouse addition at an operating manufacturing facility, with logistical considerations, to maintain the customers operations. Project includes site utilities, new drives, concrete foundations and conventional steel and masonry construction.

Campbell's Soup

• Early dirt work project to prepare for new WWT facility, where R/L self-performed the infill of existing lagoons by moving dirt that had been stockpiled from a previous project.
• Prego Addition, construction of a masonry building for a new cooling tower, that included coordination with other Owner Prime Contractors.
• Sanitary Sewer Improvements separating process sanitary from restroom facilities across the plant and install of new lift station.

First Solar

Solar panel manufacturing facilities with strict floor flatness and levelness specifications and strict area turnover deadlines.

Bedford Schools Renovations

• A 5 building renovation project that included MEP demo and upgrades including new RTU's for common areas, individual VUV's for classrooms, and new windows, done over 2 of the district's summer breaks.
