
My name is Briana Moncada Castillo and I am a full-time online student. My majors in human services and minor in child development will help me succeed in promoting the safety of kids in the future as I want to be a voice for all the young children who never got one, I have been working since I was 13 and have been a very quick and efficient learner, I love being able to learn new things and understand new factors of work. Working in customer service helps you develop essential skills like effective communication, problem-solving, and empathy. I’ve become adaptable and flexible, learning to handle unexpected situations and prioritize tasks. I’ve also been able to gain in-depth product knowledge and expertise, and develop conflict resolution techniques to de-escalate tense situations. Additionally, I also built strong teamwork and collaboration skills, and learn to establish trust and foster long-term customer relationships. Through these experiences, customer service jobs can shaped me into a well-rounded, customer-focused professional, preparing anyone for success in various industries and roles. Speaking both languages has also been a very beneficial role, bilingualism in customer service enables you to serve a diverse customer base with excellence, leading to increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.
