  • Worked with our SRT Team in getting a custom acrylic bone model of our Expedium 5.5 System for Dr. Hey along with a Custom 3D Bone Model of one of Dr. Hey’s patients. This resulted in more business and first time cases posted with us at the WakeMed Hospital.
  • Held an in-service at Dr. Hey's clinic over our Expedium 5.5 Screw System and informed him about our NPI of Altalyne Rod System resulting in him using it in a complex deformity case.
  • Supported our Spine Future Leaders Workshop showing our Teligen Go Live on a cadaever with our surgeons and residents.
  • Completed our Lateral Master’s Course, Bio Apex Training, and Emerging Leaders Course accompanying Dr. Erickson in Raynham, MA.
  • Facilitated training for Amy Herrema, our summer intern, resulting in her accepting a Spine STR role within DePuy Synthes.
  • Launched a shared album with our instrument tray photos and product information for the team to access.

  • Attend the Lateral Master’s Program in Raynham, MA. With the luck of timing, our National Sales Meeting fell on the same weekend where I was able to cameo for the Unleash Lateral Marketing team. Emily James and Ken Metcalf interviewed Bob Vaughan and I during the virtual product fair about our experience so far with the course
  • Created a flowchart of Duke Raleigh’s new vendor tray submittal process showing the before and after process and the new inefficiencies upon Dr. Hey's request including the volume of trays and quantifying the waste and potential errors that can occur with the new system.
  • With the help of Jay Stokes and Michele Merrill, we were able to set up a meeting between Dr. Hey and Ellen Roberts, a Staff Product Development Engineer at DePuy Synthes to discuss the importance of the laser etched lines on our Expedium 5.5 rods.
