• Verify inventory count coming off the packaging lines

• Stage inventory for shipment or place in warehouse in an organized manner for later shipment

• Receive packaging supplies such as, but not limited to, empty bags and bulk boxes, seed treatments, pallets, seed for repackaging. Verify BOL to actual receipt of goods.

• Various other non-warehouse duties including coordination of scheduling, technical support for the seed treater, disposal of discarded seed.

• Oversaw the packaging lines ensuring seed was being accurately and efficiently packaged
• Assisted in field production of seed corn including monitoring planting operations for correct seed, population, and depth of planting. Scouted crops throughout the growing season to correctly identify issues such as weed and insect control, operation of detassling equipment, coordination of correct timing of detassling.
• Preparation and verification of finished packaging reports.
