  • Responsibilities include the officiating of sanctioned NYS High School boys lacrosse matches.
  • Ages range from 10 years old to Adult Leagues and also include corresponding youth league programs during the course of the year.
  • Requirements to maintain my status include annual testing and workshops as well as registration with the N.Y. Department of Education on an annual basis.
  • I am presently pursuing the NCAA accreditation process this year.
  • This process does not occur until September of the calendar year.

  • Responsible for generation and maintain sales and business creation of a independent, local, Restoration and remediation construction company.
  • Through a route-sales model, responsible for integrating the company’s existing network of contacts, professional relationships, organizations, and trade shows, with my previous contacts from past relationships in the insurance, restoration, and construction industries.
  • The first 6-9 jobs sold for Green Genie were leads not followed up by prior employers and contacts not utilized.
  • Being a local small business, also had to start performing production duties for the business as it grew.
  • Added the responsibilities including execution of restoration or cleanup process, after selling the job(s), follow-up with various insurance or professional agencies, as well as customers for payment.
  • Also included collection of past/overdue bills from the various parties involved in services rendered; e.g. Individual customers, property and construction management companies, and insurance companies.
  • Ability to investigate any potential job or lead, access whatever need was and give customer(s) a timely schedule and price (all events/jobs are not the same, so had to explain processes).
  • On average, process was 3-4 days per job which required scheduling involved as well.
  • I had an 85-90% close ratio due to various, partnerships, alliances, and referral networks already set up by me and maintained through the route sales system.
  • 100% natural products helped also.
  • Warehouse, equipment, and vehicle management also a main duty.

  • Successfully oversaw the collection of long delinquent accounts (2-7 years) ranging from $300- $2000.00 over a 9 month -1 year period.
  • General customer service duties such as answering billing questions and providing billing information, establishing new accounts while maintaining current accounts, and scheduling and administering service and emergency repair appointments.
  • Establishing Payment arrangements and referring individuals to aid programs for delinquent account balances.
  • This also included collecting scoflawed accounts and establishing programs for the collection of dollars owed to the City of Buffalo Water Department.
  • Actions were carried out by following the City of Buffalo Water Board’s established rules and regulations pertaining to suspension of services and issues of public safety (eg. Sinkholes or disabled fireplugs).
  • Supervisory duties included overseeing the customer service representative’s daily activities, answering customer complaints; both in person and as referred to me by customer service representatives, and to establish and maintain professional relationships with individuals and companies who manage or transfer multiple accounts requiring water service (eg. Property managers and law firms).
  • Supervisory duties also eventually included the management and follow-up of troubled or distressed accounts.
  • These occurred due to Municipal Housing Court orders or legal bankruptcies as ordered by the various courts or the City of Buffalo Tax office.
  • Once again following established Buffalo Water Board rules and regulations according to statute.
