• Editor/Producer - Responsible for all aspects of Post-Production. From bidding. to scheduling, to client interaction, as well as supervision of VFX, color-grading, graphic design, audio, and finish. Major clients included Philip Morris, Allstate, Google, Samsung, and Eli Lilly.
• Partner - Managed and mentored a staff of 20 and offered constructive feedback for performance improvement. Responsible of the overall vision, direction, and day to day management of the $5 Million company. HR and Employee Benefits were also part of my responsibilities.
• Operations Director - Worked to create efficient workflows to deliver high quality and quick results for clients ensuring a seamless process throughout the post-production phase. Provided equipment recommendations and handled purchases and maintenance schedules.

• Oversaw all aspects of post-production process and built a roster of clients including Philip Morris, Coca-Cola, SC Johnson, and Bally Total Fitness.
• Billing averaged over $900k per year during tenure.

Worked hand in hand with Editor loading footage, pulling selects, adding sound design, then guiding commercials through all aspects of Post-Production through finish.

• Lead editor and created all aspects of editorial projects: creative editorial, color-grading, graphic design, and audio mixing.
• Transformed facility from a traditional linear facility to a fully digital state-of-the-art non-linear editorial house.
• Clients included GE, Kraft, Abbott Labs, and Motorola.

Assisted on various projects ranging from episodic television to corporate videos to commercials. Duties included audio mixing, graphics and dubbing.
