Supported the Operations Team with daily responsibilities to include initial project file setup, responsible for managing schedules and service requests for clients, arranging assignments, warranty claims, preparing action plans, researching, analyzing risks/opportunities, gathering necessary resources and communicating progress to team members.

Responsible for producing reports and analyses for the Energy Transition team, researching global grant funding opportunities in the oil and gas industry, developing innovative business models to support the Baker Hughes Energy Transition strategy and enable a global low-carbon future, developing financial reports from a variety of data sources.

Operated as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships, overseeing customer account management by utilizing CRM software, answering client queries and identifying new business opportunities.
