- Implemented a fall bundle for each room in order to prevent falls on the unit. Made sure each patient had every item include within the bundle in their room and educated them on their status as a high fall risk patient.
- Gained valuable experience by shadowing nurses, doctors, P.A.s, and medical students to understand how the different roles coordinate patient care.
- Supported staff members in their daily tasks by getting items for patients and relaying information to them.
