As a Registered Behavioral Technician my job is to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients, often children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental delays. The BT supports clients in improving communication, social skills, daily living skills, and reducing challenging behaviors using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.

As an Assistant Group Leader, my responsibilities include supervising children for five hours a day, ensuring their safety and well-being. I assist in setting up snacks and organizing activities to promote engagement and learning. Additionally, I actively participate in both indoor and outdoor activities, fostering a fun and interactive environment. My role also involves cleaning up after activities to maintain a tidy and safe space for the children.
