Accomplishments

During my time as an undergraduate, I was the Telefund Supervisor at Southeast Missouri State Universities University Foundation where I assisted in the production of Southeast Missouri States 150th celebration and leadership of the call center exceeding our Giving Day fundraising goal of $150,000 raising a record breaking total of $266,742 in a span of 24 hours.


In my position as Marketing Coordinator for Century Casino & Hotel Cape Girardeau, while managing and creating content for Century Casino’s social media accounts, I drove a 26% increase in engagement. My efforts led to our social media outperforming all 22 other locations owned by our parent company, surpassing all key performance indicators (KPIs) by over 30%.


During corporate training at KFVS-12, my approach to sales, particularly cold calling, was so effective that it led to a revision of the training program. I introduced a new structure for cold calling that improved the process, ultimately influencing how the technique
