I have around sixteen years of experience working with children of all ages, with four years experience as a Preschool Teacher. The shaping of children is a hard, rewarding and important job. I strive to be a good role model and lead by example. I see the value in each child, appreciate them as individuals and make sure they feel that they are heard and valued. Each child is a gift from God to be cherished, cared for and recognized. Each child has their own unique gifts and talents to share and are to be equally appreciated. I am dedicated to creating a program and environment where the children can learn, have fun, feel safe, nurtured, loved and can grow and flourish. I then progress monitor intervention students every two weeks.
