Being a direct caregiver and a current nursing student, has given me the skills and experience needed to address and manage diverse medical conditions. Studying and practicing interpersonal skills vital to caregiving has taught me the importance of patient safety, rapport, communication, and collaboration. All crucial to promoting and maximizing quality care and comfort. Caregiving entails monitor patients ongoing condition, recognizing small changes, assisting with activities of daily living, taking initiative in building a caring and trusting relationship with patients and much more. All which if given the opportunity, I would love to bring to your facility.
