In my job, I have developed and implemented lesson plans that promoted physical, social, emotional and intellectual growth of students. I have also worked to provide a safe and secure learning environment for all of my students by monitoring classroom activities, intervening when necessary and enforcing rules. I attended staff meetings, workshops and professional development opportunities to help further my learning and knowledge in the early childhood field. I also am always working to establish positive relationships with the families of my students by communicating regularly about their child's progress.
At the PGA Superstore, my main job was to greet customers and provide them with exceptional customer service. I worked as a cashier and then as a personal shopper. When on the floor, I assisted customers with product selection, sizing and styling. I would engage with customers in a friendly, professional dialogue to determine needs. In addition, I answered any incoming telephone calls to provide store, products and services information.
At Walmart I worked in both the toy and garden center departments. While at Walmart I performed multiple duties. I greeted customers and inquired if they needed assistance. I stocked shelves and kept them organized as well as take care of the plants in the garden center. It was my job to keep them alive for as long as possible.
At Mountain States, I worked at the front desk and helped to schedule appointments for patients, both new and current. I also answered the phones and communicated with insurance companies as well as patients. I processed patient copays as well as uploaded any documentation that was needed from the patient.
