Summary

For seven years I had the opportunity to work for the City of Sparks in the Recreation Department. This gave the ability to work with an abundance of different people. I worked my way up into management which gave the chance to help create a positive work environment for staff as well as maintain an organized work site. Working with children left room for many difficult situations that included behavior management and communication with both parents and school administration. This also created opportunities to convene with staff and as well as superiors to create the greatest plan of action with the result of the best possible situation for program participants. I am very good at following direction as well as taking initiative to get things taken care of. My reason for leaving was simply due to a move from Reno to Las Vegas. I am a very positive and outgoing person who wants to experience new aspects of life as well as meet new people.

Following the move to Las Vegas I was hired at Orangetheory Fitness Las Vegas East as a Sales Associate. There I have learned how to market and sell a product as well as gained experience in the customer service industry. After about 7 months at the studio I was promoted to Lead Sales Associate. This has lead to more responsibilities including computer work and a deeper dive into the sales industry. In recent weeks I have been promoted to Assistant Studio Manager; aiding to my desire to continue to grow and take on more responsibility.
