Brianne Sullivan

Our focus is on staging vacant and lived in properties. I help conduct previews of homes to assess what modifications are needed to ensure the property is at optimal presentation. I am directly involved in selecting furniture, art, props, textiles and accessories to enhance design concept. I oversee and guide movers to control the final product. In the warehouse, I maintain inventory by organizing and updating our inventory system frequently.

Designed and worked hand-in-hand with a contractor on a new home build project in 2016. That's where I discovered my passion for home design and new build projects. It opened the door to family and friends hiring me to help with their own home design projects. I was then hired to stage a few homes for a local realtor. I effectively was able to communicate with the homeowner and agent on their needs and stage homes to show well and appeal to buyers.
