I started at Hollerbach's German Restaurant at the age of 16 as a dishwasher. At the age of 17, I was placed in Prep and remained there for three years until they noticed my work ethic of taking charge in any position I was placed in. After Covid-19 in 2020, I was asked to be Ordering & Inventory Manager at the age of 20, the youngest manager at the restaurant. I was in charge of ordering for the multi-million dollar restaurant and was tasked with saving the company money by cross-referencing all of our vendor's pricing. After two years of the job, I decided to move on and live with my family. I was trusted at the age of 20 with the responsibility of a US-renown family-owned restaurant.
