I have several years of experience in dealing with the public, experiencing and exercising customer service skills on numerous levels, time management and deescalation, including being a state certified childcare provider to nursing facilities and in-home health to quality inspection in a pipe yard to being the face of an automotive corporation For 8 years I was a certified childcare provider and for 5 years I was in nursing 3 years being the face of O’reilly’s commercial side of the company and also working with the in store customers daily as well And working in various locations within JSW All these positions were an opportunity to talk with and speak with numerous people on different levels regarding concerns, complaints, tasks, compliments, clerical errors, faxing, emailing, data entry, answering phones and transferring as needed, etc Communication, Problem solving or deescalation skills and customer service skills were highly depended on when speaking with family members regarding their loved ones, to products or services, returns, warranties, cash on deliveries, bringing in new clients, ensuring satisfaction was met with high standards with each customers who called or came in in-person I am a positive upbeat individual I wake up with a smile and a can do attitude that’s willing to help brighten someone’s day
