  • Led design and roll-out of agency-wide Local Leadership/Partnership and Capacity Strengthening (LL/PCS) guidance and tools including LL/PSC Strategy Guidance for Country Programs, Pre-HOCAI for Proposals, Pre-HOCAI for Prime Readiness, Integrated HOCAI for OVC Programs, HPI Capacity Assessment Instrument and HPI Partner Satisfaction Survey and Reflection and HPI Learning Plan for all CRS Global Fund project staff
