Senior Manager of a large 27 school region, with multiple direct reports. Collaborate with local principals, support staff, and out side advocacy groups to ensure proper implementation of Exceptional Student Education. Provide ongoing technical support to entire region to ensure all State and Federal Mandates, including all ADA resources are being properly applied, resourced and budgeted. • Responsible for coordinating and supervising the school-wide implementation of local, state and national standardized testing programs which includes training all school staff for upcoming testing needs and requirements
• Collecting and correlating all testing at end of each cycle for delivery to district and state level, for a student body of 1800 students
• Based on needs assessment, oversee the development of Tier 1, 2, and 3 intervention protocols, problem-solving processes, data-based decision-making, progress monitoring, and communication and collaboration processes among Student Support Teams
