I work to serve and accommodate to the needs of the member.
I am tasked with having knowledge on every guest I serve within a day and their needs and special requests they may have.
I also work on large events and have skills with dealing with large groups of people to ensure their enjoyment and satisfaction. I know how to quickly and thoroughly set up for these events and when requested can help teach newer staff how things may be done.
Before, after, and during the shift I must make sure the space in which I work is clean and up to standard.

I was hired to work for the first Frosty Cart in the Columbus Area.
I was assigned to make creative frosty's per the requests of the customers.
I would help set up the cart each day, making sure the equipment was clean and functioning properly. I also worked to make sure the area around me was constantly clean and up to date to ensure the treat was free from contamination.
Per the work of the myself and several other starting staff we doubled the expected sales of the cart which made this Frosty Cart profitable to the company.
