    • Led and inspired Project Managers and project teams supporting the Program by understanding the cross-functional dependencies and project relationships. Integral to the IT Temporary Service Agreement (TSA) work for the Jacbos CMS Merger to Amentum. Addressed and resolved technical, financial, and operational concerns by working with team members and directors.
    • Built IT TSA project processes to address project goals and objectives for multiple projects. With project types ranging from data center and network migrations to cyber tools, endpoint management, Microsoft applications management, ServiceNow migration, cyber audit requirements and historical data. IT TSA program of project were effective October 2024 – September 2025.
    • Met with project stakeholders on regular basis to assess progress and make adjustments. Participated in twice weekly merger sync meetings with both Jacobs and Amentum executive staff to evaluate opportunities for improvement and timeline gain through targeted change requests within the IT TSA Program.
    • Facilitated EPMO training sessions to educate team members and keep team abreast of the changing trends within the project management industry. Executed 5 training sessions while going through the merger process.
