Inventory, placing & receiving warehouse orders, weekly inventory checks, tracking AOV & sales goals, maintaining Ecolab practiced standards, managing shifts including: opening & closing the store, using visual merchandising to increase sales, ensuring proper signage & pricing are updated, maintaining score of 90% or more on customer survey's submitted, Ensuring Target & Starbucks protocols are being followed, training & coaching new team members to exceed the customer service experience!
