Special Education Case manager:
-Schedule and send calendar invites for annual meetings
-Deliver special education meetings
-Use Illuminate data from Interim Assessments to routinely create goals, address present levels of performance, and adjust plans.
-Use tracker to keep parent, student, and teacher aware of grades.
-Share accommodations and materials with team mates.
-Train best practices to support high needs students.

-Train how to collect data, streamline communication, refer to a Crisis Plan or a BIP.
-Train teachers how to make accommodations and modifications.
-Provide meaningful feedback to teachers who present lessons during CTM.
-Confidently deliver lessons in front of peers, receive feedback, and adjust lesson.
-Have critical conversations with administrators and teachers.
Co-Teacher:
-Deliver TAG and Crescendo Lessons with fidelity for English I and II.
-Collect data on TAG and Crescendo using exit tickets.
-Develop reteach lessons for whole class and small groups.
-Collaborate during joint O3s with managers and co-teachers to address gaps, misconceptions, plan solutions or make shifts during lesson planning.
-Coach how to scan a room for engagement during a lesson.
-Train co-teaching model to whole campus.
-Participate in Restorative conversations.

Special Education Department Chair:
-Share docs and systems with team mates
-Deliver weekly sped dept meetings which include: slides, important announcements, student case study, new resources, important dates to remember, check-ins, department wins and student concerns
-Train teachers who administer small group/ oral administration for STAAR
-Routine coach for case managers

-Mentor for many special education paras
-ARD trainer for special education case mangers
-Train special education teachers about Service Logs in ESPED
11g Grade Level Chair:
-Deliver Quarterly Parent/ Teacher Conferences
-Routinely made slides for 11g advisory
-Monitor 11g Lunch Reflection
-Support LT during weekly grade level meetings after school
Dyslexia Coordinator:
-Complete dyslexia training and present lessons in small group
-Complete benchmark tests to document reading proficiency
-Set up pull out groups for Acceleration
-Checked out books at the public library based on student interests
504 Coordinator:
