As an assistant with this catering company one of my duties was to communicate with clients to make sure we had exactly what they wanted available and ready on date and at the time requested.

I made sure that the setup was going to be according to rules and regulations specified by client and communicated this to my boss. I made sure merchandise/food was set up and served properly and in a timely manner followed by the break down and clean up of our setup leaving the property as we found it.
