  • Reach out to members directly via phone, email or typed out letter making them away of their account status.

  • De-escalate situations where the member is upset for various reasons.
  • Setting a new payment plan for members who are having a difficult time making payments.
  • Work with independent auditors and credit unions examiners, responsible for corrections of exception items identified during NCUA examinations, supervisory committee audits and any other audits.
