Keeping parents informed about their child’s progress and any issues that arise. Maintaining a daily log of the child’s activities and noteworthy events. Coordinating with parents on discipline and behavioral strategies.

Ensuring the children’s safety by monitoring them closely and creating a secure environment. Providing meals, changing diapers, assisting with hygiene, and putting children down for naps. Engaging children in educational activities, such as reading, arts and crafts, and basic learning exercises, to promote cognitive and social development. Organizing physical activities and playtime to help develop motor skills and overall physical health. Communicating with parents and guardians about their child’s progress behavior, and concerns. Maintaining records of children’s activities, routines, and developmental milestones.

Responsible for planning lessons that meet curriculum standards and cater to the needs of diverse learners. Establish classroom rules, handle disruption and create an environment conducive to learning. Practice evaluating students progress through quizzes, assignments, and informal assessments. Providing constructive feedback.

Responsible for the safety and well being of campers. Assisting with various camp activities. Provide emotional support, encouragement, and help foster a positive atmosphere. Mediate disputes between campers and help maintain a harmonious group dynamic. Maintains the camps schedule, from arrival and meal time to dismissal.
