
I, Brigette Akers, have extensive experience in working with skills related to management, other employee's and the public. I am well versed with scheduling preparation, schedule planning and adjustments to scheduling to cover shifts and the needs of the business. My work experience has taught me problem solving with other employee's, communication being the key. I am well versed at time management to assure the tasks required or needed are done in a timely and professional manor. My current and past jobs have taught me listening skills, to identify and assist the needs of others as well as being able to communicate to others what needs to be accomplished. I have computer skills and experience with data entry, which is above the basic level and willing to learn additional as needed or required. I am a positive person of energy and easily work well with others. I pride myself in work place success, working with others to assure the task required, and goals are accomplished above expectations of the day.
