I am pursuing the opportunity to earn a degree in Health Administration and Policy from the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences (USUHS). Serving at both the tactical and strategic levels in the US Army have been paramount in my development as an Army Officer. Being afforded the privilege to work at a Star Headquarters has enlightened me on the critical variables necessary to achieve mission success. Working within the Surgeon's Directorate at the USASOC HQ has provided me foundational knowledge on strategic level systems and processes, to include policy development, to influence innovation, training, and meaning to improve lethality and survivability for the ARSOF warfighter. I have had the honor to work with and alongside phenomenal NCOs and Officers with ties to USUHS, that has galvanized my desire to continue service. I recognize that achieving a MHA/PhD through USUHS will provide me the necessary skills that can be utilized through a plethora of facets aimed to improve health system support. If granted the opportunity to attend USUHS, I look forward to implementing this knowledge to improve Army medical functions and health systems within the civilian sector.

• - Four time, two sport varsity letterman in High School. Selected as two time Lacrosse Team Captain.
• - Worked as a lifeguard and licensed Pool Operator from May-SEP for four years. Responsible for the basic maintenance of the filtration and pump systems, cleanliness, and conducted necessary training and preparation for lifeguards to ensure a trained status on BLS and rescue skills.
• - 3x time club lacrosse team member at the Collegiate level.
• - Selected by Dean of Health and Sports Science to represent The Citadel Kinesiology and Sports Medicine Research Team during the Southeastern American College of Sports Medicine Research Conference.
• - Prior to active duty in October of 2015, I served as a research assistant for The School of Public Health at the University of South Carolina for four months.

• 299B8: TXT PL - Lead countless battlefield circulation and advisor missions ISO Operation Spartan Shield to partnered international forces. Coordinated over 40 inter theater patient movement requests with EAB assets.
• 2-70AR: MED PL - Tactical experiences highlighted during 2x CTC rotations (NTC & JMRRC). Coordinated with NATO partners to provide Army Health System support during joint bilateral training exercises while simultaneously providing Role 1 MTF support to 4 partnered Arms Battalion in an immature theatre during 3/82 BMSO, Rear-d OC, and SPOMED Planner - established the Immediate Response Force Material Contingency Plan, integrating with MEDCOM to allocate funding and procure CLVIII valued in excess of $2.4 million
• 1/101 BDE MEDO - served as the medical advisor to the BDE CO and staff primaries on medical operations, administration, and logistics. Supervised and managed the BDE COVID management program amidst a JRTC rotation, CRP requirements, and deployment outload.
• 1/101 BMSC Commander - Commanded a Role 2 level MTF, composed of over 100 Soldiers, to include 10 providers.

• - Deployed to Kuwait in support of Operation Spartan Shield primarily serving in Camp Buehring. Built and fostered relationships with host nation partners through bilateral medical settlement training and coordinated battlefield circulation missions across the AO.
• - Deployed to Poland twice, in support of Operation New Normal (ONN) following the build up of Russian Forces on the Ukrainian border and Operation Atlantic Resolve (OAR) in response to Russian Aggressions across the Eastern European border. During ONN, supported efforts in the procurement and distribution of lethal and non lethal aid to the Ukrainian military worth over $750 million.
• - Served as a team member in support of operations for American Assure, Det, and Reince (OEADR). Provided Army Health System Support and Force Health Protection to over 6000 NATO partner forces and US Service Members in an immature theatre. Selected to brief the Multinational Corps Southeast GMB staff on MEDVAC / CASEVAC application during Article 5 warfare through a cross functional war gaming exercise.
