Rolled out online marketing programs for 18 major accounts including Tower Records, eBay, Ariba, iPlanet, AT&, NBCi, France Telecom and Dell. Executed customer acquisition and development campaigns, viral marketing and loyalty programs for customer bases of up to 2 M contacts.

Hired and managed marketing department from inception to a fully operational team (5 people). Designed and executed the general marcom activities: organized trade shows and seminars, localized brochures and collateral, coordinated PR with an agency, supervised inside sales programs and direct marketing campaigns as well as internal communications.
Responsible for annual communication plan: PR, media planning, press & analysts' briefings, newsletters and events including an evangelization roadshow with 27 seminars in Europe.
