I am a Research Assistant at Boston Medical Center working with Dr. Alysse Wurcel to explore and improve the healthcare landscape of the carceral system through implementation science. I hope to better understand current systems of providing care to justice involved populations, specifically considering infectious disease care, by analyzing current stakeholder positions and working to develop meaningful interventions at pilot sites. Through this, I hope to improve the systems by why healthcare is administered in carceral settings.
