Accomplishments

    During the second quarter of 2018 turnover was very high and the store and just changed General Managers, the most recent General Manager gave me a project to hire, train, and staff the store. Within that month I had began handing out business cards and approaching potential candidates. Once we were able to acquire enough crew, myself and a crew trainer were able to hire, train, and successfully retain great employees. The store profits began rising exceeding more than 7% for that following month. Today the store continues to climb in sales.

In February 2018 I received Manager of the Month. I was acknowledged by my peers and supervisors for setting the Gold Standard for shift managers. My supervisor stated that I consistently run excellent shifts that exceed the targets I set. My peers love working with me and my customers love seeing me. I have this accomplishment down on paper and I keep it with me as a reminder of my talent and determination.
