A first-generation graduate with a strong passion for working with diverse cultural populations and a dedication to child development. Pursuing a career in human services, I have trained and supervised over 60 employees, introducing core organizational values. In my previous role in the hospitality industry, I excelled at managing professionalism within staff in training settings and as an extension of management. Additionally, I supported 18 students, helping them achieve academic success, social growth, and emotional development. My determination to create a positive impact within family dynamics and shape a child's future drives me forward. Notably, my experience working with children on the spectrum has honed my communication skills and advanced my ability to interpret non-verbal cues effectively.
