Culture Cabinet and Learning Cabinet

I was in a leadership role on the Culture Cabinet (August 2022 - May 2023) and the Learning Cabinet (August 2023 - Present) at my school site. The Culture Cabinet focuses on managing school events (i.e. school dances, shaved ice Wednesdays, and staff potlucks) and highlighting teacher success and life events. Being part of this team allowed me to aid in coordinating these events by effectively communicating with other staff members. 


The Learning Cabinet analyzes whole school data and plans next steps that need to be taken based off school needs. Next steps entail, providing professional development for staff on a specific topic (i.e. new teaching strategies and behavior management implementation). We present data to staff and work as a team to ensure student success.
