- Did hardware deployment and computer installation, i.e computers, monitors, keyboards and printers. (was apart of a team that installed roughly 50 43 inch curved screen monitors.)
- learned customer support skills, both remote and in person. learned the ticketing system, incident report.
- installed software, exported data.
- applied myself to Leap training(learning management system) did cyber security training. how to be a good employee and keep a healthy workspace.
- learned about enterprise management systems like active directory, Intune, Microsoft office.
- Hardware decommission and data wiping of solid state drives.
- inventory management.
